  • What’s included in a Compatica subscription?
    Compatica's low subscription fee includes Onboarding Assistance, Online "Train the Trainer", System Support, Maintenance (including data backups) and Software Updates. There are no Setup Charges.
  • Who owns the data created on Compatica?
    All data is owned exclusively by the client. Identified data is never used by Compatica, for any purpose. Data is available for download by the client upon request.
  • How secure is my data?
    Your data is stored in secure, encrypted repositories which are continually backed-up. Compatica is a proud member of the Amazon Web Services (AWS) community.
  • We already have an Injury Triage service. Why do we need Compatica?
    No triage service can replace or overshadow the value of immediate, point-of-occurrence incident documentation by a supervisor, including witness statements, pictures, audio recordings and the like. In fact, this recorded data provides significant context to any post-incident investigation or care decision. Lastly, Compatica isn't just for injuries, but for recording all manner of Workplace Incidents.
  • How is the organizational set up handled in Compatica?
    During the "Kick-off" online session Compatica will provide a list of data needed for the initial upload. Once completed, we schedule an online "Train the Trainer" session using your data, after which you may go "Live" with Compatica.
  • We rarely have injuries. Why would we need Compatica?
    First off, kudos on running a successful safety program! Compatica records not only injuries, but also those Safety Observations and Near-Misses which, if left unchecked, could evolve into higher-severity future incidents. Just as we don't anticipate fires, but remain prepared for them just-in-case, the ability to record and document an exception event, should it occur, represents the epitome of safety preparedness.
  • What types of reports can be generated using Compatica?
    All of Compatica's data grids, which include data uploaded from the Incident Recorder, can generate PDF, Excel, or HTML reports with a click of a button.
  • Our IT Department is very busy...
    Fortunately, Compatica is a Cloud-based application. Incidents are recorded on Smartphones and tablets using apps that are downloaded directly from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and the Incident Manager is accessed online from any browser. No hardware or software need be installed locally.
  • How long does it take to get it up and running?
    You are in total control of the implementation and deployment phase. The typical range is between one day to two weeks.
  • Which platforms does Compatica run on?
    Compatica's "Incident Manager" is accessed via any and all major browsers. The "Incident Recorder" app is available for both iOS (Apple) and Android (Google) devices, tablets and Smartphones alike.
